Shipping policy

We typically ship Monday/Tuesday/Wednesday due to our festival schedule. Orders placed will typically be fulfilled and shipped within 5 days of order placement unless otherwise specified in the product description (ex. preorders). We will contact you if there are any exceptions.

Please message us directly for a yarn emergency and we'll do our best to get your product out quicker than usual, though you will need to upgrade your shipping.
